Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thighs or tenders (breasts, thighs, or large tenders, slice into strips or nugget size, your choice)

Flour

Eggs with a splash of milk

Crushed pretzels (Or frosted flakes, corn flakes or chips work well)

Coat chicken in flour, then egg wash, then crushed pretzels. You can fry them in a 1/2″ of hot oil or place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for about 25 min. Check with thermometer to make sure they are done.

I wouldn’t fry the chicken if you use the cereal or chips. It does work with the pretzels. Baking works best for the cereal and chips.

If you have stoneware, it’s the best choice for baking. You don’t have to flip the chicken and it browns up nicely.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. My family’s faves are BBQ, sweet and sour and mustard mixed with mayo.

Enjoy!
