Trying something new this week. I was asked to include my shopping list. So it will be at the end of the menu. If there is a specific recipe you’re interested in, you can reach me through my website

Orange Chicken Lo Mein

Spaghetti (my mom’s meat sauce is posted on this blog)

BBQ Beef  (either meat & mashed potatoes or shredded on buns with fries.)

Moroccan Beef Stew


2 oranges, 6 garlic cloves, green cabbage (enough for 3 cups thinly sliced), 2 onions, bell pepper, large russet potato, 2 med carrots, med zucchini


white vinegar, soy sauce, 1 egg, flour, cornstarch, vegetable oil, 2 pkg ramen noodles (any flavor), spaghetti noodles, tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth, 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, 1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes with garlic & onion, ketchup, brown sugar


Pampered Chef Seasoning Mix OR 2 tsp grated fresh ginger root, salt, garlic clove & 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper; Italian Seasoning (I prefer Pampered Chef :)), cumin, Pampered Chef Moroccan rub OR 1 1/2 Tbsp paprika, 1 1/2 tsp curry powder, sugar, 3/4 tsp cumin, 3/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon & 1/4 tsp chili powder; Pampered Chef Chipotle rub, Pampered Chef Smoky Barbecue rub


1 1/2# boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 1/2# ground beef (or turkey), a roast that’s a size that works for your family, 1 # boneless top sirloin steak, about 3/4 in thick

Frozen Foods:

1 (12-16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
