I adapted the recipe from the Pampered Chef to make Loaded Baked Potato Soup in the baker to making mashed potatoes.
1/2 cup milk (whatever you have, we used soy today)
Adjust milk according to how much potatoes you use.
You can peel the potatoes or leave the skins on, whatever you and your family prefer. Slice in 1/2. Place in baker. Pour over milk.
Cover; microwave on HIGH 8-11 min. Move potatoes around for even cooking. Microwave on HIGH for another 8 min. Mash, add additional milk and butter as you desire to your favorite consistency. Enjoy!
