10 oz uncooked spaghetti
1 # lean ground beef
2/3 c chopped onion
6 slices ready to serve fully cooked bacon, chopped
1-1/2 c ketchup
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1 c bbq sauce
½ c prepared mustard
2 c (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef & onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the bacon, ketchup, pickles, bbq sauce & mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 min. Drain spaghetti; stir into meat mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
